What we're all about
The entire Wise Management team is dedicated to providing all properties with a first-class service, giving all tenants and residents decent homes and great places to live. Our management team is accountable for the lettings, field operations, and in-house maintenance team for our client’s BTR schemes across the UK.
On-boarding
Throughout the build programme we work/liaise very closely with the Developer and Contractor to ensure we are kept fully informed of the build program and of any changes to the delivery schedule to ensure we can set early expectations on tenant move-in dates.
Lettings
We provide a full end-to-end personal service for our clients, our in-house marketing and letting team are on hand to support every step of the way. The team works alongside the developers to coordinate sales activity in line with the build schedule.
Asset Management
We’ll take care of our client’s assets from start to finish. Our dedicated teams are on hand to protect and maintain your properties, from lettings and renewals, through to rent collection and cost management – providing all customers with a first-class service.

The experience our tenants receive is paramount. We are confident that not only do they have a home to be proud of but they have a great place to live – creating a community where they feel safe and secure in their home and where neighbours can come together.

By creating a team of field-based Regional Tenant Liaison Advisers (Property Inspectors) we can ensure that we have the right people in the right places to ensure reports are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Our services span across England and Wales, with 5 regional offices in Nottingham, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Salford, and Liverpool. We work with all of our clients to ensure a full range of services are delivered to each and every scheme regardless of geographical location.
